Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Submit the form to the left or Email LibertyChurchFacility@gmail.com with time, day, and a detailed description of the event.
2. A Confirmation email will be sent to you notifying you that the event is under review.
3. Event details will be brought to the elders for approval.
4. 1-2 day events will be approved or require further discussion.
5. If approved, the event will be booked on the website calendar with time, day, and description.
6. A Temporary access code will be scheduled for the day of the event and provided to the event host.
