• juice boxes (please take leftovers home)

Procedure

1. Arrive at 8:15 am
2. Put the sign out for the Children's Church.
3. Hang up name tags (lost or new tags ask Anne )
4. Wheel out small credenza of drawers
5. Put out tables and chairs for the children.
6. Ensure children return name tags before leaving children’s church theater.

Procedure for taking children to and from Children’s Church theater

9:35 am

1.  Line the children up in the foyer after worship
2. Parents sign children in
1. Waiver forms to be given to any parent of new children attending regularly if they want to waive the sign in-out procedure.
2. Give Parents Letter to parent’s of new children.
3. Take them through to the children's theater One adult in front and one adult behind. 

10:20 - 10:30 am

1. Bring Children back to the main theatre
2. Have them quietly sit in the foyer if the service is still in progress
3. Only release the children once the parents have signed them out. (those without a waiver)
4. Return to the theater and pack up and return the equipment to the storeroom in the place you found it.
